Unlocked stuff locked again - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

Right, the 15^50 is locked for the second time. I've unlocked it by playing PvE, it got locked by some glitch, I made this thread and unlocked it with some faction. Now, after all the changes of skills lately and the Testing Weekends, the 15^50 is locked AGAIN. Same goes for some other stuff like the 15^enchanted and 15^stance.

Guess i'll try and message support (again), this is getting crazy.

All of my weapons mod never relock but some of my skills did.
The otherday I unlock that RT hero for pvp, now i have my pvp only RT char for sometime so I already unlocked a bunch of RT skills. Then when I try to set up Razaar the way I want, and guess what? Half of the RT skills that I already have relock themself! elites, normal skills.

So yeah what's going on?

Maybe this is their version of a faction sink.

Hell if I know. I got hit by this bug too, it's rather annoying.

Is this just happening to inscriptions or other things like skills doing the same thing? Please don't make me re-unlock things!!!!!!!!!

For me, it only happened to the inscriptions and some weapon mods. Insignia and skills are unaffected. However, Etta noticed some Rt skills relocked again, so I suppose it is possible your skills will become locked again after you've unlocked them.

On I side note, after I unlocked a Minor Rune of Dagger Mastery with 1000 Balt. Faction, I unlocked the Superior Dagger Mastery too, without additional costs...

Guess that Priest of Balthazar is having a bad case of hangover... Any UAX/UAS experiencing the same relocking?

That is normal. It means you've found that Superior rune before (thereby unlocking it), but have not found the minor yet. When you unlock the minor rune at the priest, it then shows the major to unlock (you already had that too) and then the superior. If you have that last one too, it just shows it as being unlocked.

This happened to me recently as well. Went to make some PvP items, only to discover that many of my commonly used inscriptions (for weapons, shields and foci) were locked again. In addition, the PvP items on my PvP characters which used these inscriptions had their bonuses reduced to that of the "new" unlocked levels. This was really annoying, as I had to spend somewhere between 10 and 15k re-unlocking a lot of inscriptions I'd already acquired months ago.
